Passion F5J 3m

The Passion is a beautiful rudder, elevator and landing flap F5J electric glider. That's all you need to experience the fascination and passion of gliding with this three meter lightweight. The multiple polyhedral angle wing design ensures the model is very stable yet responsive and thermals with ease.

The model is built from laser-cut balsa and plywood parts, which fit together precisely and thus enable quick construction. The sturdy plywood fuselage has a tail boom made of a tapered CFRP tube. Each wing half consists of four parts, each of which is assembled in a plug-in joiner. White glue as well as thick and thin superglue are recommended for bonding.

The Passion is manufactured in Germany to the highest standards.

Due to the lightness of the construction we recommend wrapping the tubular spar in the centre and mid panels with Kevlar thread. This will stop it from splitting. Also please use normal Orafilm (not Oralight) for these panels to provide extra flutter resistance.
