Excellent product and supportDelivery times are very short. As good or shorter delivery times than ordering from the states. He responds to emails very quickly. I had an issue setting up this product and emailed Neil. Neil is across the Atlantic from me and copied me on the email he sent to the manufacture. I had a response within 24 hours. The problem was on my end. I copied a sailplane setup file from a different plane that used a different brand ESC. Made a couple of changes to travel values and everything worked great. I have ordered a lot of stuff over the last decade from the states and Europe. Hyperflight has consistently provided my best experience. Sherman

The best ESC for the best glider :)Have tested other ESC but YGE perfomes time after time and never stall :)

Good product, but software doesn't work on a MacWhy spend x3 on an ESC? The programmability of this thing is great and I particularly like the way you can make it slowly build the motor power up to full. The software doesn't work on a Mac computer so I had to borrow a friend's to set it up as I wanted. A luxury item for sure, but at least it delivers extra nice features.

great telemetryThe controller is brilliant the instruction could be so much better. 1st for windows 10 needed to install the drivers from her https://ftdichip.com/drivers/ then could be programmed with the card although in all honestly the default settings from hyperflight would be fine for glider. The multiplex telemetry is fantastic and you can use this and a various. Would buy same again just for the telemetry

YGE 35 LVT ESCBought two YGE 35 LVT ESC for installation on F5J gliders. I really liked the dimensions of the YGE 35 LVT ESC and the weight, and the ability to hold current up to 45 A / 10 seconds is fantastic.
The YGE 35 LVT ESC has a very wide range of parameter programming options. I had some difficulty in setting the motor brake mode. Many thanks to Neil for helping to fix the bug.
I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very DisappointedThe product blurb claims "The PWM frequency is automatically optimised for the motor" so I'm very disappointed that it performs so badly with the 12 pole mini quad racing motor that I am using in my pylon racer, driving a 4 cell/2750Kv setup. The 240,000 rpm limit for a 2 pole motor (40,000 rpm for a 12 pole motor) is breached well before full power off load. Under load (c. 80% of off load revs) the esc just about keeps up with full speed but "misfires" (hesitates) the motor at around the mid throttle position. With a price tag in excess of £90 I was expecting a lot better. I could try programming via the USB interface but frankly it's not worth it for another £33. You can get better controllers for under £20 eg the Turnigy Plush 40A which has a much higher switching speed of 300,000 rpm for 2 pole motor (I have two and they work brilliantly - very smooth)

YGE 35 LVTThis is my fifth YGE controller, and it works fine. Had some "bugs" with a special f/w revision regarding Graupner HOTT telemetri, but is solved now with the latest f/w. Great product :-)

YGE 35 LVT ESCI had a few initial teething pains setting up the YGE PC software. Turned out my laptop did not have specific USB drivers that are required. This was not mentioned or specified in YGE docs. (Through RCG forum help) once driver was sourced & installed the YGE PC program was able to run. Most ESC input parameters are straightforward, others are a bit confusing with limited descriptions of parameters. This could use some improvement. Note that you cannot use the program card on this generation ESC.
Hardware wise & functionality ESC seems to be operating very good so far - compact, light, robust HV capable BEC, several ramp-up & brake options, motor timing etc. As of this writing I don't think you can reverse motor direction within software for some reason. Maybe some enhancements like this will evolve over time. I have nor played with telemetry yet, next on list. Overall satisfied with ESC.

I use many yge controllers, all reliable. Needed a lighter one for my light volo f5j and this model is suited for the job. I like the possibility to choose the voltage for the receiver. You need the programming unit for that.

YGE 35 LVTGreat product. Smooth start and operation. The thin design is perfect for the El Nińo. Only issue was setting timing - lower than I set for the Graupner 50-T it replaced. Wound up setting six degrees manually. The USB interface is very easy to use and made this an easy task. High-Voltage BEC is a must as I exclusively use HV servos.
